Default caltracs or wait

Ok so im curious if caltracs are worth installing at this point i do plan on them down the road but right now at the track i dont spin to bad but my suspension is origional and im wondering if the squat is hurting my 60ft which is 2.19 would new shocks be enough until i make more power or do caltracs make that big a difference even with minimal wheel spin.any feed back is greatly appreciated.

If you are going to get them I would do it now. It isn't the most important thing, but it will keep your pinion angle from twisting out of alignment.

No converter yet its all stock i was curious how fast it could go before the converter and transmission being built.i liked the idea of caltracs now because my truck will look stock with stock tires and hopefully hook hard at the track.thanks for the feedback i think im going to put them on and see how much it helps.ill post new 60ft times on here after my next track outing.

Some stiffer shocks will keep you from squatting. slicks will keep you from spinning. you are nnot in need of caltracs at this point IMO.

Most people think that. It is exactly what you don't want. You want the back to lift up. Put yourself in a pushup position. Hold yourself half way off the ground. Now if you want to plant your hands harder into the ground, what direction does your body go? That's how I explain it to people.
