calling all bench racers...

Finally i have completed my most recent group of mods,
I am wondering what it could/should run before i hit the track.
Last summer on a hot august humid day i ran a 13.99 @ 99.78mph
This was acheived by a LQ9 with lpp headers and ORY with muffler
Bone stock trans with nothing done to it on a 92 octane Nelson mail tune,
On 20 inch heavy wheels with street tires 4400 lb race weight, RCSB 2wd
3.73 gears G80 CAI.
Cant remember the 60 foot times buit they were bad...
Now i have stepped up to the FLT 4l65e Level 7
Detroit tru trac w/ 4.10's
cutout on exhaust , Yank pt3200 stall
stock set of 16 inch rims with 255/50/16 goodyear eagle ss drag radials
I would like to thik that all of this is going to potentially propel my truck thru the traps at over or around a full second, what do you think?
what have others run with similar setup trucks.

In a perfect world it might be a full sec, more in real world standards imo you will see .3 -.4 drop on average, maybe .5-.6 in good conditions with really good traction conditions and 60'..
should add a cam, traction device (if you dont already have one), some weight reduction too that list, and i think you would be pleasantly surprised with the results if not reach your goal imo..

You hear folks on here claim four tenths with a stall two tenths with a gear swap, couple tenths with slicks. And if you would have seen how sloppy the stock trans was i would hope that my FLT nets me a tenth. My math aint great but it seams as tho a nearly full second would be achievable.

well all i saw was it said bagged in your sig, i would count a well setup 4link as a traction device..
and in the end there is only one way to find out exactly how much that all helped, go race...
