Default Bogart peeps step inside

Well I tride mounting just the wheel on my truck last night (15x10 6.5" BS). This pic is with the caliper off (already got the s10 calipers) and appears the wheel is hitting the mounting bracket. Anyone else experieince this prob? I never heard of anyone having to change the caliper brackets. Any help would be nice. Thanks Thomas

I'm dealing with this problem right now as I'm starting my 5 lug conversion. It seems that even if you switch to an S10 caliper you still have to run a 16 inch wheel, or narrow the rear axle and run less backspace, or buy smaller brakes. Maybe someone who has a little more experience on the subject could chime in?

All the s-10 caliper does is relocate the banjo bolt so that a 6.5" BS will clear. You still have to grind the caliper down to get a 15" wheel to clear. But now I am dealing with a fitment issue of the caliper bracket.
