Default Base time FI

Went to the drag strip today and got a base time

first run was just as we got there

1.72 60'

7.86 1/8

12.37 1/4

108.85 mph

cooldown second run

1.71 60'

7.83 1/8

12.36 1/4

108.89 mph

hotlapped third run

1.75 60'

7.86 1/8

12.38 1/4

108.93 mph

I was expecting a 12.6 - 12.5
So I'm very satisfied with the times.
Hopefully I can get the full 8 lbs with the GT2-3
No weight reduction for base time. And 20" wheels infront, too lazy to switch to stock/lighter wheels

Congrats eddie, that 5.3L has been holding pretty good. Wouldnt be surprised to see some good numbers once the GT2-3 is installed.

Congrats on the new best!
Look like pretty consistant times. What is your exhaust setup? I don't think the cam is going to get you 4lbs., (remember the boost # is a measure of resisitance measured in the manifold) but it should improve your times a little.
