Thanks!
I also forgot to mention that the converter isn't very loose at all. I was really expecting it to be a little looser. I might see about getting it restalled here shortly. Maybe to 3600 or 3800?

I dont know about the compound M&H uses but thru my experiance, Nitto DR's dont need much heat to hook thier best and get slick with too much. As for BFGs, the hotter the better. MT DR's need a moderate burnout to hook well.
I am still in debate about tring a set of the M&H DR's so throw me some info!

btw... good times, great mph! Makes me very optimistic of my new setup.

I'm pretty sure that they are man. You'll have to forgive me as these 6 passes from Saturday are all of the experience that I've had w/ sticky tires of any kind! From what I was told, the truck didn't spin at all on motor. I came up on the converter as much as the brakes would hold and then launched it. The best short time I got of the two motor passes was 2.05. With the 100 shot, I had to roll out 5-10 feet and then kick it. It hooked like a champ when I did that. I had two 1.75 short times on the bottle, one 1.88 and a 1.9-something.
I just can't get the tires spinning very hard at all in the burnout box. They are a pretty soft compound, so I'm guessing they'll need a little more heat than a Nitto or BFG.
Can't wait to see what your setup does man. 2006 might just be a year of 10 second NBS trucks! How awesome is that?
