If I'm not wrong someone in the valley went 9.91 with a gen4 4.8.
I've got an 03 short block with stock 799 heads and eBay head studs. Still running stock intake manifold and 78mm tb
A couple guys have ran 10.1 and I'm pretty positive I can hit that too. I might throw a nnbs intake on it before Friday to see if I can get a little more power out of it without going crazy on boost.

 

The rear brackets are VAS traction bar brackets similar to assassin bars.
