I started racing in Gulfport. It was my old stomping grounds till I moved to FL after Katrina. I really like that track but for a long time had the nickname "Ice Rink" due to the lack of prep. I was there last weekend for the CTC night race and it seemed to be hooking pretty well for most of the big power cars.

 

Roger that. I was there that night and only made two passes. Best pass was an 11.49 doing no burn out, brakes wouldn't hold.

 

Sleeper! Nice wheels, you didn't want to keep the stock 17" on for work truck look?

 

I did but needed a wider wheel. Plus I can put my street tires back on whenever. I think with a 2 step it will go 10.5's

 

That thing is making some juice for only 14 lbs on a 5.3. I wanna get my heavy bastard into the 10s!

 

That shouldn't be a problem with your setup. Sounds like u need a 2 step or leave on a lil more boost.
