Have you thought about installing a power inverted to power the lap top while you are waiting in the pits? A small 500w one would work nicely.

Actually was thinking that. Just need to make sure I unplug the HP Tuners cable, but it would work nice for keeping the laptop charged while not logging or writing a new tune

I run one of the cheapo walmart 75w inverters that hangs in the socket, works great. Even has a usb port for charging my phone. 75w should be enough to charge just about any laptop, unless you tune on your desktop replacement gaming beast. lol

3rd, love the GM power pic! Great looking trucks, way to rep!!!

Damn Roger did leave ya at the line! Its not easy it takes practice at the strip, each time i get better or at least more consistant.

Do your guys' blowers have a headache? Is this why you have ice on them? hahahahaha!

Looks like fun, wish i could play too.
1st.
Always have a blast when I go, that's the main reason I go. It's fun to see what little tweaks and changes can do.

2nd
I am seeing around 10lbs. I will eventually pulley down and bring the boost up some but I want my motor to get an ARP treatment before I get into that.

3rd
ya it looked pretty nice with all the trucks lined up like they were. We were even nice and let a F150 park with our group.

LOL @ the ice. I don't know if it was "needed" but that Procharger does get a little warm at the end of a run so figured it couldn't hurt to help lower the IAT's for the next run. My IAT's weren't to bad though, think highest I saw was 145 after two pulls.

I'll be ready next time and already have a bunch of little tweaks I want to run through one by one to see what makes a difference. I would like to up the shifts a little but I think I am on the verge of maxing out my injectors right now.

Nah just a 15" dell XPS laptop. I can usually get 3 hrs of solid data logging but I forgot I used it some before showing up to the track and then I left it on way to much without using it while at the track.

I am about ready to but a new GoPro camera though. Mine use to last for hours and now I am lucky if it lasts 20 minutes before I have to charge it again

Map people really dog on the EEE PCs, but for tuning they are perfect. I have had mine for 2 years, using it damn near every day and still get 12+ hours out of the battery.

Ya those little laptops would be the perfect setup for tuning.

I have a motorola xoom tablet that I always thought would be cool if I could use for tuning.
