first off i have yet too see a 4l60 break a 1-2 aluminum accumalator if thats what you mean by 2nd gear piston...if your builder used a plastic one you need a new builder asap..also i have yet to see a problem on the second gear piston in the servo...it is not common for a 4l60 to burn a fresh installed band aswell unless they set it real tight against the low reverse drum..id look into a unit built by vince or rpm or FLT..they seem to build some badass 4l60s

I did see both broken when torn down each time. The servo piston was cracked down the middle and had a small chunk out of the side. I will look for the pic I took.

First run it actually shifted. I commanded 6100 and she ran good. Tons of wheel spin. Ran 7.3 @ 92 still not in racing trim.
Motor ran good, timing 27.5, AFR was all over 12.5, no knock, and rpm drop at shift was only 6200 to 4980, 6200 and 5050.
Got back in line and watching my current gear, it was going back and forth between 1 and 2 while in first manually. I launched and it went right to second gear about 22 mph................... POS
