2wd VS 4x4 for drag

1000 hp and driving it often won't work well. You can turn the boost down for street driving but It won't be a nice Sunday drive.
4wd would be nice and the extra weight isn't going to have much of a negative effect having so much power on tap.
2wd will be much easier obviously and will save you the headache of trying to have a strong enough front end to not blow up.

JFR370Ci, ported heads, Isky Turbo cam, and KBRacing pt88 turbo kit @20~22psi. Other than shift kit, 80e, tirod sleeves, converter, true track, fuel system, and meth kit, it's pretty much stock.

Not sure but it takes 1100~1120hp to push a 4850lb car 144mph. I'm not sure how much more or less the 4x4 running gear, and wind drag of the truck has on top of that.
