Default 2 passes at Baytown last night

Something is definitely not right.
Note: truck weighed 4735 with me in it.

First pass:
I decided not to stall it up, just launch from idle. Zero tire spin and A/F never went above 10.0. For a better explanation of my fueling issues see my post in the tuning section.
60ft: 2.245
330ft: 6.160
1/8m: 9.233 @ 82.59
1000ft: 11.754
1/4m: 13.944 @ 101.88

Second pass:
Stalled it to 2500 rpm, still no tire spin, A/F still never went above 10.0. No I didn't let out.
60ft: 2.368
330ft:6.644
1/8m: 10.009 @ 73.87
1000ft: 12.829
1/4m: 15.153 @ 96.18

I realize my A/F is F'ed, but why such a huge difference in times from back to back passes (w/cool down).

I was extremely dissapointed and I do realize that Allen has not had a chance to tune in person yet, but wow how back does that suck. I also posted in the tuning section about how my A/F doesn't always read even close to the same under boost. Some times it leans out, some times it pegs the gauge at 10.0. Any ideas on whats going on. Is there that much left in the tune that I'll be able to hit my goal of mid-11's with this combo?

I was almost too embarassed to post these times, but I would like to figure out whats going on. Thanks for comments in advance.

Yeah, something is definately off. Get up on the dyno asap, i'm sure you'll be surprised the difference a good tune will make.

Do you have a boost gauge? Looks like your not getting any!

I'm going to give Allen the chance to straighen everything out. From what I've heard, he's one of the best out there. I'm going to see him for a dyno tune on Friday, and hopefully we can hit up the track together that night. I think I'm going to get some of those M&H 275/55/17 drag radials before I go.
Hopefully I'll need them, cause I sure as hell didn't need them last night.

I'd say your belt was slipping on the second pass or the bypass valve was stuck open. Either way, you have a long way to go on tuning that thing.

Why would I have belt slip issues if I didn't have them before? Same 4" pulley. How can I check the bypass valve? There appears to be an adjustment on top, how do you adjust it if it needs it?
