Default 1/4 mile times to report.

1st Run Cut out closed and stalled to 1500 rpm

60' 2.03
1/8 8.661 @ 81.48 mph
1/4 13.57 @ 99.51 mph

2nd Run Cut out open and stalled to 2400 rpm

60' 1.949
1/8 8.55 @ 81.79
1/4 13.44 @ 100.05

I was really hoping for better times but the weather did not help. It was in the upper 70's and very humid. My 60' foot sucked. I really need to work on that. I am shooting for low very low 13 with my current set up.

Thumbs up

What tires, torque converter, and cam are you using?
I thought you were just on that 212/218 profile...
Did Dan run his truck?

Neat setup. I bet you'll make low 13s w/ work on the launch.

Do you think the cutout helped? What you gained may have
just been the better 60'. That cam may have enough exhaust
timing. You have long tubes right?

Make Dan post his times in here. I'd like to see how he did.

Great runs Tib. I am waiting for my brother or Danny to send the vid so I can see your trucks in action. I made them report to me as each of you guys made a pass though.

I am not sure if it was the open cutout that helped, stalling to 2400 rpm or that I leaned out the A/F a little since ran a little rich the 1st run.
I am sure Dan will eventually post his times.

Danny was kind of dissapointed cause he ran a 2.2 60' with a 14.39 here and a 2.1 60' with a 14.49 over there. He says it was pretty muggy though cause usually Edinburg is a few tenths faster than our track here in Spokane. He was hoping to be at atleast a 14.1X or so......

On a side note I was pretty sure you were running a 212/218 low lift and Danny(red gmc) was assuring me you had the 216/220. Good times either way
