I took my gmc 5.3 to the track finally (first pass ever) and I was pleased with my first pass 15.1 at 92mph. I had a passenger and thought it would spin out of the hole so I didn't load the converter at all. I was hoping for a 14.8 so I got back in line and never got to run again. 3 hours and $25 for one pass there were several fox body mustangs thrying to run on hopes and prayers that dumped fluids all night causing 45 minute clean-ups. I am sure that with just me and loading the converter I could hit 14.9.... I was the fastest full-size out there besides the lightnings.
