I first want to give credit to UncBob on DTW for showing us his modded billet bumper insert, I never would have bought this one without his post. I got the insert and installed and did the "UncBob" mod, used black pinstripping tape to black out every other bar so it looks more like the factory grill insert. If I every get a billet insert for the grill, I'll just have to take the tape off.

Looks very good, can't see the pin striping at all.

 

Thanks guys! Yeah, it's hard to see, but there is a bar between each one you can see. Even if you're only a few feet from it, it's tough to see that they have been covered up.
