Default can someone identify these brake calipers *have part numbers*

I've tried googling and various mopar sites and none of them say the numbers are good and definitely don't say what year make and model it fits. Judging by the size I would say something along the lines of a half ton Dodge. I have both left and right, two of each. To me they look like something you would find on about a early 2000s on up truck. The right calipers are 52080402AA's.

Well I can tell you what they aren't...they're not Dodge Ram 98-present front or back, not Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee at all. Those part numbers don't exist in my manuals at all. Closest number I could find was one digit off and was a coil spring for a WJ. Ya got me on these.
