1997 Ram 2500 Rear Brake Conversion??

Whats the best way to go about changing the rear drums to disc? Is there a different axle from a different year with disc that will bolt in??? Maybe a dana 80?

Same basic body and frame (for 2500/3500's) through 2002 (only 1500's changed in '02). See if you can find a disc brake rear from one of those.
