Question About 5.2
I recently bought a 2001 Ram 1500 with a 5.2 engine in it with 108,000 miles.
After a week or so I get what I think is lifter noise on the left side at start up. Sometimes this last 30 seconds and sometimes 3 or 4 minutes, then it quietens down. This only happens once in a while. I had the oil and filter changed and put Pennzoil 10-w-30 in it. I have heard this is a common thing. Anybody else have this happen?
