Default Hemi spark plug and wires questions

Hello my brother has a 03 hemi, he asked me the other day to look into spark plugs and wires for his truck. he wants to upgrade from his current stock setup. i recommended he go with the ngk tr-55ix and some taylor wires. wanted to know what everyone else was running. also i read that it is difficult to change out the wires and plugs is this true. i did a search but came up with mostly info on chevys. thanks bryan

...plugs an wires are not that hard to change...I us a spark plug socket, universal joint, short extention and a wratchet that has a head that can be angled...I use ngk 4306's as well as taylor 8.2mm long wires...
