That was the main reason I went with the Superchips... reduction of the limiters, that alone was worth the price of admission. The tuner was only worth 2 tenths as I already had the wire pulled. But I will take the 2 tenths!!! Anyone that has a Hemi needs the Superchips! Their topend limiter can be set to 140 mph.

Has anyone done a 140 mph in a truck. How would it hold up at that speed? Never gone that fast in a truck, just curious.

I need to take back what I said .. On the 20's it is pretty good about high speeds, but on the 16's it likes to move around .. This is only when I changing lanes though .. Stable as long as I am going straight ..

My '04 Ram falls on its face after 80 mph (its an 1/8th miler!) and I've got the Hypertech, longtubes and mac cai. Its a turd after it goes into drive. If it would go from 2nd gear to the kickdown 2nd gear then drive, it'd be alright.

Mine was the same way until I replaced the TC. Completely different animal now! Accelerates and shifts like a dream. Best mod since the SC programmer.

I'm still thinking of tossing in 4.56's just to help it tow better for the most part, and to at least make it feel faster. I'd really like to do a converter (really rather have a 3200 or so), but not sure how that'd do when towing.

Be VERY cautious going 3000+ stall on the Dodge. Rumors/facts are showing that the tranny temps will get too high and the computer will shut everything down! Hemidup might shed more light on this...
The 4.56 gears have been done quite a few times with no issues. My friend dropped 0.5 seconds in the 1/4 mile with his and did not lose any driveability. Use the programmer to reset the speedo.

The 3600 stall Hemidup had, did create to much heat. The trans temp went to the moon. 250+f = no good.
