Relocate IAT sensor, TPS sensor mod, Home port your throttle body by taking those raised up pieces off around the venturi's off, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, MSD ignition,
There are some others depending on how cheap your talking about

I didnt relocate the IAT sensor but I put a resistor on it to make the ECU think its getting cooler air. Whats involved in the TPS sensor mod? I guess cheap to me would be anything under 100 bucks.

You'll need either a multimeter (okay) or a DRB (best) or a generic scant tool that can read the tps sensor volts will work. You want to drill out the sleeves in the tps bolt holes so you can move the tps a lil to both sides while its mounted up. Turn the key to on and use ur dmm, or scanner to check tps volts, youll want to move the sensor until you get .72-.74 without touching the gas pedal. then put some small washers on to give it more surface to bite on, then tighten it up and re-check. This mod will give you better throttle response off idle.

I'd watch the resistor trick. Depending on what ohm resistor you use, it will determine what temp it see's. The Relocating it lets it see a cooler temp in the intake. I seen a list of the Resistor to temp conversions but i forget where i seen it. I'd have to do a huge hunt to see if i could find it again.

And the resistor will always give the PCM the same reading hot or cold. Relocating gives the PCM a normal linear range of operating temps to work with, but they are just cooler temps, little more power. Ditch the AC, runa shorter belt, lose weight from the truck (bumper bracket braces, insulation, spare tire, jack, etc etc), and get the fuel synch set, make sure timing chain is good, and plenum gasket is good, and play with tire pressures.

Here's some free mods, not sure what they gain and I haven't personally done any except the TB bypass.
