I think so. It should run 15-15.2 stock, an intake, exhaust and Superchips could get you to mid to low 14's. It may not be a Mustang or LS1 car but it'll be good truck and surprise alot of cars on how quick it is. My truck only has three performance mods and I run 14.7 in a Quab Cab, people just don't expect that in a big truck.

My '03 Ram, RCSB, STOCK ci,stock hp, stock torque, runs 14.22 in 1/4--runs 9.00 in 1/8.. Nothing done to motor, ran numbers at sea level at Sealy TX. in Nov, 2006.

Have cut wire, custom muffler, than used M&H drag radials. My local track is at 2871 feet altitude and I run here now in heat with a 5000ft Density Altitude and runnning 9.61-9.71. Am now running BFG drag radials.

Forgot my custom(pvc) dual air intake and Moe's traction bars. Get the hemi and have FUN!

i hate my mypertech with a burning firey passion......
shoulda spen the extra 20 bucks and got the superchips. the hypertech isnt updatable, but the sc is. also from what ive heard, the sc when in 87 mode with 93 octane gas is more nitrous safe, and i plan on a wet shot soon...
go for the superchips. but whatever you do, dont do a catbakc exhaust unless its the borla-mopar, bassani, or dynomax. they are the ONLY ones proven to have any perforamance increase. i actually felt a loss in midrange power with my flowmasters. pieces of ****. loud as fukc....
headers with true duals the only way to go on thse motors. they crave backpressue...

I bought the truck , but havent bothered taking it to track yet.. It feels alright , but not worth the $40 to run at the local T&T.. I was considering the superchips or bullydog tuner , but then seen Diablosport coming out w/ one , so havent made up my mind yet.. Also , anyone know if the Banks catback is decent?

Word out lately is the Diablo is delayed for the trucks... I have the Superchips for my truck and have not seen any reason to purchase any of the others. Be careful with your exhaust, many have upgraded (?) and found they lost power or just gained sound but no power. Too much money to spend for nada... To date my truck has run 13s with the full stock exhaust normally aspirated.

The only mods on my truck not listed in my sig are a traction device of my own design, there are NO mods to the engine or tranny. Weight reduction is in the form of; rear bumper, tow frame, spare, tailgate delete and 17 inch wheels for the run listed in my sig N/A on street tires. The battery has also been installed in the bed. Raceweight for that run was 4470 and at a D/A of -600
