Can i use both edge modules at the same time??

Default Can i use both edge modules at the same time??

Hey guys i was wondering if on a 1998 dodge cummins 24v wit the edge power module already installed can i stack another edge EZ box programmer and run them both?

Not sure about the older trucks. But probably not a good idea to stack the two. IF it is an Edge EZ module, it will stack with the Smarty. But I don't know if they made an EZ for a 98'.

Try Cummins Forum and ask that question. They will be able to give you an answer.

I did this with my truck, I put a smarty on the computer and had another box wired in under the hood. It went from "not bad for a diesel" to **** your pants fast. But your going to need tranny upgrades, pyro gauge, and a new fuel pump. I was able to roast 35" bfg mt's in 4wd, i went from 300 hp and 500 torque to almost 500 hp and a little over 800 torque, with some other fairly cheap mods

if you go through with it you better make sure your lift pump is in top notch condition or you'll be starving the ol VP-44 put a fuel pressure gauge on it and watch it...along with boost and pryo...or else you'll be melting stuff
