stock cluch fan for the 5.3, it get to 200-210 and stay there for a minute and go up to round 240

Are you running the stock hose routing minus the heater core??

According to the diagrams in this post:

The heater core sits between the block and the expansion tank, so you just looped the in and out at the pump bypassing both or did you plumb it the expansion tank properly??
