Default polyurethane rear control arm bushings

I was wondering if anyone knows of a polyurethane bushing for the rear control arm that includes the outer shell. All the energy suspension ones and all other ones require you to reuse your outer shell. The outer shells are just as shot as the bushings, the only solution seems to be to buy both polyurethane and rubber and remove the rubber, which dose not seem to be worth the trouble. I replaced some leaf spring bushings and ran into the same problem they all want you to reuse a 40 year old outer shell. I might just use rubber and call it good but I would really like to use polyurethane.
