Default clutch problems

So I have a 88 c3500 pickup, with a 350 and a 4speed. The orignal problem was you put the truck in gear and it will not move. It will stay running with clutch pedal all the way up(won't stall). Its a hydraulic clutch,so I bled the clutch a lil. Now I could drive the truck, but I only got about 2 miles, then it started acting up again. Pump the clutch pedal a few times and it will drive.

So i replaced the slave cyl, clutch master cyl and the line. It took me a whole day to get this system to bleed. At one point I got the pedal to feel good and firm. But I could only get the pedal all the way to the floor once, and it was building pressure every time I tried to push the pedal down. It was like a brake pedal,WTF. So I bleed the clutch like your suppose to,there is no air in the system. So I took the slave cyl out and bleed the system from the slave cyl. Now the pedal is super soft 3/4 of the way down and feels like a clutch pedal form a 1/4 way from the floor.

Once again I bleed the clutch the way your suppose to and still dose the same thing. I would like to know,if I was right in thinking this problem was orginally a hydraulic problem. Also what is the problem now?

If you read all this thank you
