Today was a productive one!
Engine Trans and Tcase all in!
Always nice when I have a buddy over to help out. Thanks again Josh, lots of help!
DS battery tray installed
Mothers Power Ball to the firewall
On its way in
Sitting in its new home
Had some minor issues that required the old bertha pry bar. Glad the radiator support was off. Trans mount only needed a slight adjustment, took the mount loose and just moved it forward less than 1/4". Set the Tcase on and bolted it up. At that point I was tired, and my help had to head home. More to come this week. But probably not much until next Tuesday.

Spent a little time with the 94 this evening. Mounted the fuse block holder and test fit the ECM. I think that is all lined out now, just need to get it fastened down. Started going through the 94 harness and marking what wires I should keep.
I also test fit the Y pipe and factory Cats that I got with the engine and trans. THEY FIT AWESOME! No mod needed! THANKS GM!!!!
terrible pics... but you get the point

Got a little time today and have the truck harness cut down and layed out in the engine bay. Going to finish up the harness and wire the fuse block tomorow. Wednesday will install fuel pump! Getting close!

Spent a few hours on the truck yesterday. Just in case you wondered, if you have a 3" body lift its possible to put the fuel pump and sending unit on WITH OUT taking off the bed or dropping the tank ( 34 gallon tank that was nearly full, not dropping it )! I took the front four bed bolts loose, stuck a small jack under the front of the bed and lifted the front about 3 more inches, and stacked both of the 3" body lift blocks in the front bolt locations. With the front of the bed 6 inches off the frame, I was able to sit between the tank and the mufflers ( where the driveshaft would be ) and swap out the pump and sending unit.
I also put the radiator support back on and test fit the elec fans and found a snag. My radiator was about 3" to short... Called my dad and had him measure the radiator in his 95... it was 3" longer than mine.. So all I can figure is I have the light duty radiator. My 94 didn't have a towing package but my dad's 95 did. SO now I'm hunting for a radiator. I need to check my parts suburban that my buddy and I bought, it should have the heavy duty radiator.
Just have some small loose ends yet....
Fuel lines adapted
Power supply to fuse block
Swap Radiators
Weld exhaust adapter to connect pipes
Get OBDII port from the Junk yard so I can tune the thing!
