Default 71 C10 5x4 3/4 bolt pattern conversion

What is the best way to convert the front end on a 71 C10 to the 5x4 3/4 bolt pattern? I heard you can use S-10 spindles, any truth?

Why do you want to do this? There are all kinds of nice wheels that will fit the 5on5 lug pattern. Just wondering why?
