6.0 VIN derivative does not match?

6.0 VIN derivative does not match?
Done a few searches on decoding the vin derivative.
The dot matrix by the oil filter does not match any part of the vin in any combonation, however, everything else seems to be accurate info from the seller.
what I could read A101016 ( not all readable )
how common is a report of a mis match
