stay with it man...i saw it for sale on ls1truck, i know it has been a headache, and if it has gone like mine, a BIG headache. but i know you gotta do what you gotta do.
i just had a tick start in mine tonight while i was driving. i am hoping it is just an exhaust leak, but with my luck, it will be something worse.
good luck man, with whatever you decide to do with it.

HAHA!! I got to hear it run today. I'm excited and a little disappointed. It didn't sound like I expected it to. It also had tons of gas leaks, so that's an issue right now(tightening fittings didn't help much). I'll see if I can post up a vid in a few days.

I got the trans put in and I thought I was done. But a few problems came up and I'm pretty disappointed with how the truck drives. I'm missing the vacuum line for the modulator on the trans, so it doesn't shift out of first gear. The carb needs to be adjusted aswell as the timing(I don't know how to do either of them). I've fouled the plugs 5 times already. Judging from how it ran today, this truck is gonna be slow and unreliable. I'm hoping to get the exhaust welded on soon and have the carb tuned. If things don't get better soon, I'm selling the 6.0 and putting in a 400 or maybe a BBC.
