What kinds of problems? It should be a straight forward swap, unless the engines are different gens.

There are conversion harnesses for everything. I don't know, but you might be able get a harness from a newer truck with the correct plugs on it. The crank has a different reluctor wheel, I know there is something that converts the signal, but it might be easier/cheaper to get a newer computer that will work. You might want to put this in another section, because the crank reluctor wheel stuff, is a total guess.

Easiest and cheapest way is too swap the crankshaft reluctor wheel and extend the cam, and knock sensor harnesses.

Don't you have to take the crank out, and have a shop press the new on on? I don't know I'm asking.

You will have to find out about the 24-52 tooth crank sensor.
