I'm out in Cochrane. I'm just finishing up my S480-96mm 1.32 A/R upgrade in the next day or two but it doesn't look like mother nature is going to let me drive it until after the holidays.
Wow, that is a huge turbo. What are you tuning that thing with? I thought Dodges were a PITA to tune.

I'm tuning with a fuel and ignition piggyback controller made by Civinco. (Swedish). They have a love affair with Vipers and Rams for some reason. It runs the injectors/ignition directly and also has maps for meth/water, boost and nitrous. Not quite a full standalone, but close. Still allows factory cruise control and full emissions/ diagnostics. Basically the original PCM has no clue the truck has been modified, which is good because aftermarket tuning is non-existent for this '03.

Sounds expensive. What kind of power are you expecting to put down? Do you have a build thread somewhere?

Hey guys I moved to Calgary from Winnipeg in July. My truck has since been volunteered as a work truck but I'd still love to stay in the game and meet up with a couple other truck guys when the weather warms up.

Cheers,
Brian

names Rory I live in Fort Saskatchewan Ab near Edmonton.

bought a 2013 Sierra RCSB SLE 4X4 5.3 about a month ago. put kn intake on it the same day.

in the middle of buying a trick turbo stage 3 kit. and hoping to be going much faster in May.

I spend a lot of time at castrol during the summer and going fast in my truck is my number one hobby as well as bowhunting.

took my Colorado from 16.3 down to 14.1 last summer with a 75 shot.

I decided a new full size with a 5.3 is a better platform to go with for making more power.

anyhow ill keep an eye on this thread I'm always down for meets or racing.

My names Travis and I'm from Coronation. I have a 2000 silverado 1500 ecsb 4x4 (beater), 2004 silverado ecsb 1500 2wd (soon to be racetruck, haha), and just bought a 2002 GMC ccsb 2500 (tow rig). The 2000 just has a leaf spring/torsion bar lift and 35's, the 2004 has a 4l80 retrofit, kb kit, s475, and did have a strong 4.8, but it blew up when I was gettin it tuned. It appears my injectors I bought were not very flowmatched, as I have a scorched #3 piston with a huge hole in it now, while using water/meth. It was one of the first runs of the street tune, so it only had 9-10 deg timing in it. I have an l33 sitting on the shop floor for it now. The 2002 I am currently doing 243's, cam, and headers on, and hope to have that up and going shortly.
