it was built by my dads cousin, so I feel the need to keep it and cook on it. He built many smokers, wish I would have had him build me a bigger one before he passed.

 

Damn that looks good. Now im hungry for some reason.

Mighty fine lookin product...I'd love to hit it Nothing like the smoker going and ice cold beer.

I deleted a ton of pics from my FB page to get rid of clutter. I'll update threads as I do more. Doing amazing burgers next...but the wife is the true wonder of the kitchen. She's making gnocchi with prosciutto as I type.
