We had my Mom over for dinner. Yesterday was her birthday so we had cake. Just grilled chicken and fajitas.

No truck wrenching this weekend. I started building these little hall tables. ☺️

4lbs of hamburgers Saturday and then smoked a ham all day yesterday.

 

What did you marinate that chicken with?

I do a lemon pepper seasoning for all my chicken. You can season it and put it in the fridge a few hours, but I often season it and goes straight to the grill and haven't really been able to tell the difference. I'm not a marinade guy actually. I prefer basic seasonings.

 

Went over for my niece's birthday party. Enchiladas with homegrown chicken! I wasn't missing out on that!

It was like a Cinco de Mayo celebración! ☺️



I passed on cake but then ate what my kids didn't eat. You can't win! 🤭

 

@strutaeng I have the Canelo fight tonight and then my brother in law’s new baby “celebration” on Sunday. I don’t know how I will be able to walk Monday.

Had some fajita and jalapeńo cream cheese poppers. Today is some more fajita and frijoles charros mmmm

Side note, drunkenly bought an air fryer last weekend. Not sure how I’ve managed this long without one.
