Default upgraded 8.1 rocker arms?

Tried search but found nothing with various ways to ask but i am curious as to if there are any 8.1 rocker arms out there.

Im asking specifically about diff ratio rockers to replace stockers with to save from installing a cam.

I know doing a cam isnt that hard but the less i have to do the better.

Raylar engine has 1.8 rockers that use the stock rocker stud. There also a rocker stud convertion then use bbc rocker arms. Problem with that is the polylocks will hit the valve covers. I have a friend workin on cutting down the polylocks for me.
I can post details and pics when he's done.

Cool i appreciate it bub. I was just curious, if i have to do a cam i will but last i looked at rylars stuff they were awful proud of it haha.

Had a fella offer me some 5.7/6.0 LS rockers which i used to have a set but i doiubt something from a small block would fit the 8.1 as the mounts are diff, the design is diff, and the spacing is diff.

Anyway im gonna look into the rockers from them unless yall correct me in my thinking the others wont fit but i doubt it though havnt researched it.

Hell just a quick glance at some pics tells me the small block LS rockers wont fit these engines so i have no idea why he tried offering them or what he thought he was gonna pull.

I figured i was right in that the 8.1 valves are offset and the small block ls are side by side. Maybe he just didnt know i dont know.

I must have missed the 1.8:1 rockers on Raylar's site. All I saw last time were 1.7:1

Pretty sure crane, jessel, scorpion and some others make them for the 8.1 in the 1.8 ratio..

Rylar is out of his mind on some of his pricing. I guess since he/they are more marine based it is ok to jack the prices up. People always giving him chit over on the performance boat site.

Yes, those are good old big block rockers. They also require a conversation stud to work. That adds almost $100. Have they addressed the valve cover clearince problem? I don't know. Jessel is just way too pricey.
I'll be talkin to Larry soon and I'll ask if Raylar still has 1.8 available.
I've done 1.8 swaps on 3 engines. A stock cam, Comp xr270, and Raylar 106.

They did nothin for power but it did make xr270 and 106 lope more.
