I would definitely have it tuned, I wouldnt run an expensive built transmission with a stock tune.

I've had my truck tuned. 100% TM removed. Hard shifts. Beat the hell out it all the time. I've yet to have any issues out of the rear. 3 sets of motor mounts, yes. 60K since tuned and counting. All this on 37's and 4.88's
