BINGO, my 05 does the exact same thing at the exact same RPM... its the Converter...

did you end up changing out the converter and did it fix it? because i was also told to try changing the PWM solenoid in the transmission first????

No..... You go into your transmission tuning settings and set the lockup to occur at anything around 75% or higher at a speed the truck could never achieve.

Problem solved.
