my 3 week 2500 build
2-14-13 12 psi in the 2500 - YouTube
picked up this 2000 2500 LD for 2500 bux, 212k miles
6.0, 4l80e, 2wd, 9.5 rear.
twin 400s in the tank
tore down to shortblock
threw out the iron heads and installed alum 317s with pac1218 springs, and ls9 gaskets, kmj motorsports head studs.
80lb injectors, stock intake, rails, feeds, return, etc.
deleted the EGR and evap, and mafs, loaded hptuners custom 3 bar speed density OS and a 3bar map soldered in to the stock wiring.
hung twin 61mm turbos
transgo HD2 kit in the stock trans,
circle D triple billet lockup stall
cant wait to get it on a dyno and see what its making at 12psi now!
