When did you get the Hypertech? I thought you were looking at the PPE?

I just ordered it and will get it saturday, I couldnt beat the price-281$ from truck add ons .com . I just am tired of waiting for all the tuners to really get their stuff together so im going with a tuner that is safe on my trans till i can get it modded. Plus i need to adjust for my 285's and the extra 100 RW horses and 160 RW ftlbs arent too shabby either for the money! Next year i would like too beef the tranny for an extreme tuner like the PPE. My 2 buddies with LLy's love their hypertech, great power and 2 more MPG, Lets say their diesel tuning is a LOT better than their gas.

 

I have been curious about the Hypertech with all the praises I read over at The Place. I never liked there gas programmer either. I wish the Edge adjusted for tires and removed the speed limiter as I really like the look of the Attitude display. $281 is a pretty good price. Are you going to get gauges? Let us know how you like it.

Ixnay on the gauges for now, i think im going to get the quadzilla commander digital gauge setup ( Similar to the Attitude) and keep it un mounted , maybe set in my center console, I really have come to hate gauges on my a pillar, they stick out like a sore thumb, its hard to see around them, and the fuc***g double and tripple pillar end up getting hit with my head most of the time!! OUCH!! Yes 281 is a great price , thats why i figured it would tyed me over till more powerful products get developed. But i really want my speedo corrected and ability to clear DTC's. But like I said these hypertechs do run extremely well in our trucks.
