Default 2010 silverado 2500hd 6.0L 4.88 gears

I need to know all I need to make 4.88 gears work in my rear end. Has anyone else done this to there truck yet? The rear end size is a 10.5. I'm getting a price quote for $1435 for the parts and install. That's $445 for parts and $990 in labor. But also got a quote for $1100 in parts and $350 in labor. Obviously, I would take the $445 for the parts at one place and take it to the other guy and let him charge $350 for labor. I'm just curious maybe this other guy is missing extra parts that this rear end might need. Just curious on yalls opinion of what I should do and what will work.
I currently have 3.73 in it now going for 4.88 due to the 37in tires I have

Those prices are too close to being the same total. I think the guy charging so much for parts is thinking you would be more likely to have him do it if you thought the majority of the cost was parts. Is it just ring and pinion? What about your front end? Assuming you don't have 37s on a 2wd right?
