You could try the Bushnell 3200 10x fixed scope. It's on sale at midwayusa for $189 and seems to hold value decently. I've never run one before, but the word at the range is that they'll take a beating long before breaking.

My suggestion is a Nikon M223 3-12
M-223 3-12x42SF with BDC 600 Reticle from Nikon

I own one and really like it. I've had it mounted on slug guns and now sits atop my AR15 rifle. Gives a nice low power and a decent upper for those longer shots. For predators dial it 1.5" high at 100 yards and zero the turent. Then use Microsoft word and make little yardage idicators using very small font. Shoot it at 200,250-300-350 and 400 yards all marking the turent. Most of the time coyotes come within 75-150 yards so it will be a point and shoot.

Good glass, strong and reliable, That price is also very high you can find them at other place much cheeper
I've fired lots of poly tip Hornady ammo through my ar'swith excellent accuracy. I often shoot milk jugs at 1100 yards with my 6.5 grendel 18" barrel at.
