05 fan pigtails

Educate me. I buy this harness and some 05 E fans and its plug and play? Where does this harness tie into the computer? I know I would need to go into the tune and turn on the efan table. Will 05 fans work on a 34" radiator?

To answer your questions in order:
1) This is not a harness, just fan connector pigtails (see pic below). These do plug directly into the 05 fan motors.
2) It doesn't, this isn't a harness
3) 05 fans came stock on a 34" radiator. So, yes.
