Does the WT bumper come with any of the plastic pads? What all will the Denali front bumper come with?

 

the bed is a short bed 6.5 and w/t bumper is just the metal,no pads,the denali front bumper is just the outer part

I really need all the pads and everything for the work truck bumper, and my wife still hasn't desided on the Denali fron bumper. Is this basically the skin? What would it take to make it work on a plan Yukon XL?
