Default nitrous outlet nitrous plate review

i have my truck back and it was time to test new parts. next up on the list is the nitrous plate from nitro dave. great piece to own. looks good and is a sneaky way to install nitrous.

first off, i sprayed a 100 shot through it. at 55 i punched the pedal then flipped the nitrous switch and it delivers way more smoother than the nozzle i was using. which in my way of thinking that means the fuel and nitrous is mixing more cleanly and delivering a safer spray.

in order to use this on the truck intake you will have to do some minor adjustments. the fuel evap that sits on top of the engine will have to be removed and siliconed/plugged. it will be in the way of the lines. you will then have to tune out the ses code.

secondly, litreddevil made a custom bracket to move the throttle lines for me. the kit came with one bracket but two is needed. i could have called dave and i am sure i could have gotten another one but oh well.

time for the pics.

you can see the two lines coming from the plate in the center

side view. where the lines connect is where the emissions evap was

rear view. nitrous on the right, gas on the left

you can see the custom plate randy made to move the throttle lines

once again, the custom bracket to move the throttle lines. silver in the center

you can see how it looks with the hat on the engine

side view of hat

opposite side. you can see the line tapped into the fuel rail. electrical tape will hide that.

engine is dirty so disregard that stuff

I like it, is hidden pretty well. If you had some Denali engine covers on it you would never know it was there. Would just look like a throttle body spacer.

They look to be hidden behind the intake. Get some denali or escalade covers.

I Wonder If Dave Could Machine The Holes On The Front Of The Plate, Instead Of The Back? Hmm....

the boys at nitrous outlet can probably do that. when i originally started looking at the plate i was wondering about the same thing.
