Who's cam are you running, Motorhead??

Tim, Very interested in all the #s- boost, iat, timing, rwhp. Also interested in belt slip- I still haven't bought a pulley yet, looking for a 2.85 rip. I had my 317s decked .020 and cnc ported down at Lingenfelters.... Waiting on the flow #s to talk cam specs. Let me know how your cam works with that convertor. JZ

The 219/231 115LSA in the vette is what Pat G recommended. His recs for my truck were a 214/224 116. I didn't listen and bumped it up a little to a 215/227 116LSA. He recommended XFI lobes. I ended up with LSL lobes (more lift). Both cams are Comp Cams grinds using LSL lobes

Thanks for the input old motorhead!!!

Sounds like I had a good cam speced for me

Glad i installed those PAC 1518's !

Im hoping for high 11's or better with the new cam/ boost.

This winter i will check into getting headwork done and prob an alky control kit.

But no more mods till then as i want to enjoy the truck while the weather is nice.

I will def post dyno results, numbers, boost, all that stuff after TJ tunes her next friday.

OK, heres a vid of the idle.

Just tryed to capture idle, some revving, and tried to turn on AC in video to change the idle a bit, thats why i did that LOL, dont mind my big head in the vid either

Heres a little speedo clip, too many slow fkn sunday drivers out, best i could do.

Truck is only seeing about 13* timing, we will fix that friday and get her running right, but untill then im still happy, truck has more grunt and seems/feels stronger all over. Im happy i spent the cash on a new bumpstick

Are you runnings cats and youre running some off brand summit muffler right? It doesnt have quit as much lope to it as I figured it would. Idle rpm?

Looks like youve lost some weight judging by your reflection in the truck

Haha yeah bout 120lbs 2 years ago, I was trying to stay out of the vid but like i said im terrible at vids as you can see, but thanks bud!

Idle is about 850 IIRC, i havent had time to fart let alone adjust the idle yet

Cold start it does lope more, i will get a cold start vid after shes tuned .

Yeah just running a summit cat back muffler, gonna do a magnaflow very soon as soon as i find the exact one i want.

Just " fake " cats.

I bet TJ can get it down to around 750ish and with a decent non chamber muffler I bet it will talk a little better.
