I am doing a cam swap I'm putting in a 228/232 110 lsa 600 lift @.50 Its a TSP cam with their 660. Springs and 7.400 PR, I'm also doing LS7 lifters , ls2 timing chain , and P&P 243 heads and bigger valves and stock ls6 head gasket with ARP head studs but I want to mill the heads .30 to get stock compression but I'm not sure if I will have pvt issues please help thanks

Most people are going to tell you it's better to measure to see if you will have pvt issues.
On the heads, how big of a valve are you going to? The 5.3 block is a small bore motor and your options are limited, if any.
For a otherwise stock 5.3, your cam selection is big. I see no mention of a stall but you do mention you have gears.
It's going to be a dog out of the hole with a stock converter.
