Both intakes used the same 65# injectors and 92mm FAST throttle body.Pulls were only made to 6500 because this is a brand new engine after all.

I expected the ported truck intake would come close to the FAST LS3 intake but no one expected it would actually beat the FAST in power production.And while making less tq too.Throw out the myth that a truck intake will make less hp but more TQ.

Cost of the ported truck intake is around $400 vs $1000 for the FAST.Those of you with cathedral port heads can use the 07 up TBSS style intake and expect similar gains I would think.Plus you can save around $600 to put towards more mods!!lol
