I have TSP long tubes.. I had heard if you wipe rubbing alcohol on the headers before you run the motor it will prevent the blue/purple transformation.. that is false.. i tried.. with that being said the headers are awesome, love them.. don't waste your money on shortys, they're just a glorified version of your stock manifolds

I always suggest long tubes over shorties. The small gains from short headers don't justify the cost or work involved IMO. Long tubes or nothing .

Shouldnt even be a option. Longtubes period. Then if you can get the biggest primaries & collectors you can. People upgrade longtubes for better longtubes all the time.
