I have a 10 series single chamber flowmaster and it had a nice deep sound before I had longtubes. Now its a little raspy with my longtubes and ory, but I still like it a lot

Correction going cat-less
I have a 40 series 3" inlets/3" outlets running cats right now planing on gutting the stock cats and get 18" magnaflow the truck is not tune yet need to save a little is $600 for a full tune and dyno session so is gonna have to wait i know after tune the idle gets pretty dame good.
I'm just not sure how raspy or bad *** will sound witg magnaflow with no cats don't have any friends running cat less

I have a 24" magnaflow longtubes and no cats and mine is very deep super super mellow. I often wish it were louder, but more cubes and a big cam are in my future so I wanted it quiet.

If you want DEEP get the longest magnaflow/muffler you can fit. The longer the deeper. The shorter, the louder more rasphy. Its that simple.

I'd suggest something like the SLP PowerFlo, you can pick them up in a number of inlet/outlet configurations and sizes, 304 Stainless steel so they wont rot out on your either.

PowerFlo 2.5" Inlet/Outlet Muffler 8" Wide - Each - slponline.com

PowerFlo 2.5" Inlet/Outlet Muffler - Each - slponline.com

PowerFlo Chambered 2.5" Inlet/Outlet Muffler - Each - slponline.com

PowerFlo 3" Inlet/Dual 2.5" Outlets Muffler - Each - slponline.com

PowerFlo Dual 2.5" Inlets/Dual 2.5" Outlets Muffler - Each - slponline.com

Cats clean up the sound a bit so when going catless I'll always recommend something with a packing material it seems to help with rasp and pop much better than a hollow body.
