Default 6.0 swap cooling issues

Just buttoned up my 6.0 swap and got my new tranny in, so now im working out all the bugs. Motor has heads and a big cam, but it is freshly rebuilt. I have Efans but still running the stock 28 inch radiator. Efans cut on at 210 and cut off at 180 (low speed) High speed cut on with the AC compressor. Recently in the 95*+ temps in stop and go traffic my temp gauge will rise to 230*ish. It drops back down to 190* if i stop and let it idle for a few minutes. Ive burped the system and it has plenty of coolant, fans are working properly on low speed but i dont believe my high speed fans are running as they should because my compressor doesn't run all the time. Swapping the high speed to a toggle switch to ensure they are running at high speed, also planning on swapping to the 34 inch rad but i would love to find the 2 row 34 inch rad. Any thoughts or part number for the 2 row 34inch or hell even a good aftermarket rad.
