In all this I don't see any mention of using a scanner on it. Show me a datalog of it misfiring. Show me a datalog displaying current misfires and misfire history for all cylinders. Did you smoke test the exhaust. I saw a mention of cutouts. How close to the O2s are they installed? Does the truck have a tune?
